Photographed at the Humane Society of Marion county animal shelter in Ocala, Florida. These dogs, abandoned by their owners, had been selected for an obedience class held outdoors. The sepia-toned portraits were taken during class. Volunteers train the dogs in the hopes that they will be more adoptable. Ten percent of every card sold goes to the Humane Society.
