What is the CCNOW that I see when I use your shopping cart?
CCNOW is an independent web store. When you buy from LucyWorks, you are actually buying from CCNOW. They serve as the web merchant, handling the transaction between you and LucyWorks. Your order is processed by CCNOW, LucyWorks ships the products to you and then CCNOW bills your credit card. CCNOW charges LucyWorks a percentage of the sale in exchange for providing a safe, secure web transaction. You pay nothing extra for this service. Can I return things that I buy from LucyWorks?
You are welcome to return anything you buy from LucyWorks within 30 days of the time you receive it. Please pack the products securely and ship them by regular US post to LucyWorks at

Please make a copy of the original invoice, e-mail or other document showing the amount you were charged and include this with the items you are returning. We would also appreciate a note explaining why you are returning the items. We will gladly refund your purchase price along with reasonable shipping charges for standard, surface shipment. Please do not send the products by FedEx or other overnight shipping service. These are too expensive and will not be accepted. We will only refund shipping for standard, non-express US Post delivery services. Your refund will be made using the same form of payment as your original order. If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. If you paid by check, you will receive a check. Processing of refunds normally takes three to four weeks. <top of page>
Is my credit card number safe when shopping at LucyWorks?
LucyWorks credit card orders are handled by CCNOW using their secure on-line ordering system. This system protects your credit card information, checks for fraud and ensures accurate processing. Will my personal data be sold for mailing lists and marketing?
LucyWorks will never sell your name, address, e-mail or other personal information to anyone. Your information is yours. We will only send you special offers, project updates or other mailings if you ask to be on our mailing list. You can have your name removed from our mailing list at any time. <top of page>
What credit cards can I use to shop?
CCNOW accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also use debit cards which are processed by the Visa or Mastercard systems. <top of page>
What if I don't want to use a credit card?
LucyWorks has a printable order form that you can use to order products by mail. Simply print out this form, fill in the products you would like, enclose a check and mail it to:

Please note that we can only accept payment using checks drawn on a US bank for paper orders. We can not accept credit cards for this type of order. <top of page>
What countries can you ship to?
LucyWorks currently only ships to the United States and Canada. All prices are in US dollars and will be billed in US currency. <top of page>
How long will it take to receive the things I ordered?
Most items are shipped within 4 business days from the day when you place your order. Custom prints, custom framing and other 'special' items may take longer. If the order is going to be delayed, we will let you know by e-mail. With normal orders and standard shipping, orders usually arrive at your home or business within 2 weeks of the time you place the order. <top of page>
How do I tell someone else about LucyWorks?
Most web browsers have a 'send link' function. When you see something you like on LucyWorks, go to your browser controls and hit 'send link', then put in the e-mail address of your friend. This will send them a link to the page so that they can share it with you! <top of page>
Can I link to LucyWorks from my own web site?
You are welcome to use the LucyWorks logo on your site to create a link to LucyWorks. Simply save the logo to your computer, add it in to your web page, link the picture to www.lucyworks.com and post it! We would appreciate your letting us know if you link to this site. <top of page>
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order with LucyWorks, you should receive an e-mail to confirm your order. If you have a question about your order, simply forward the e-mail to lucy@lucyworks.com with your questions. We will reply promptly. <top of page>
